Adam's sword is based off of one of my two favorite Sword and Sorcery cartoons of the 80's.  The blades I've designed for the sword are machined, engraved, and heat-treated for me in Albion Armorers shop to the same tolerances as the Albion Mark and Filmswords blades.

The sword will be available in two version, one limited edition and an open-ended standard edition.  Each version will share the same blade and hilt design/materials, but the limited edition will include features not found on the standard edition.

Greyskull Edition:

The Greyskull Edition will be a limited production of 50 swords total, and will feature a higher level of finish than the Eternian Edition. 

This edition will feature a blade with a high luster satin finish, and satin-polished hilt components.  True sword edges will be polished into the blade, in order to give a seamless transition from the spine of the sword to the cutting edge.  The hilt will be pressure fit into place, and hot-peened over the end of the pommel.

The grip will be a laminated wooden core, completely wrapped in fine cord and covered in hand-dyed, vegetable tanned leather with a skived seam.

Eternian Edition:

The Eternian Edition of the sword will be an open-ended edition. 

It will feature the same blade and hilt as the Greyskull Edition, but will have a medium satin finish and tumbled hilt components.  The blade will be unsharpened and with pressure fit hilt and the tang hot-peened over the top of the pommel.

The grip will be constructed of the same laminated wooden core, but without the under-wrap of cord.  The cover will be a made from black, vegetable-tanned leather with the same construction as the Greyskull Edition.
